Yes P.J. Martino, one of Long Islands TOP Lefty Hurlers around.
P.J. is a hard throwing lefty with 5 different pitches and a tremendous amount of experience on the hill in the Big Games. P.J. will also be flashing the leather at 1B with his Gold Glove, and Great Hands. P.J. being a Great Contact Hitter, with Line Drive Power will solidify the top of the Prospects Lineup.

The Prospects also Welcome PETE MARTNO to the Coaching Staff!!
Pete has over 300 wins as a manager, and 22 Tournament and Division Tilles to go along with his Resume.
Martino has been one of the Most Successful Coaches in Youth Travel Baseball over the years, and will bring a lot to the table for the Prospect Boys. You can catch Pete waving from 3rd this year in the Good Ol Red,White and Blue!!

The 2010 14u Prospects have been making some winter moves, and are PROUD to announce one of its BIGGEST OFF SEASON SIGNINGS.
Danny Tierney, The Hard Throwing Right Hander from the Riptide.
Danny is a True Workhorse with a Bull Dog Attitude on the Hill. Danny was one of the Tides TOP Hurlers Last Season, and you cant sell Dan short on his Ability behind the Dish, with a Great Glove and a CANNON of an Arm!
OOOHHHHHH BAAABY, watch out as theres a Riptide hitting the Prospects in 2010. We are psyched to pick up such a good ballplayer and GREAT KID!

The 2010 14u prospects have been making some winter moves, and are PROUD to announce that Chris Cepeda and his Dad Have signed on for the 2010 season.
Chris, although a 13u player, is a BIG DOG in the 14u arena. Chris was the workhorse of last years 13u Riptide staff, and the Prospects will be looking for the same for the 2010 season.
Chris posses not only a golden arm on the mound, but also is an awesome infielder, and all around great ballplayer. We are psyched to pick up such a good ballplayer and GREAT KID!
Mr. Cepeda, a wealth of Baseball Knowledge, will be Joining the Coaching Staff, working the bench and pitching staff. We are very privileged and excited to have Chris join the staff!!

The 2010 14u prospects have been making some winter moves, and are PROUD to announce that Matt McKinnon has signed on for the 2010 season.
Matt, New to Travel Baseball and fresh off an Outstanding 2009 Campaign with the LI Riptide, was there Top Home Run Hitter and Led the Tide in Extra Base Hits. Matt has, not only Great Speed and a Solid Glove , but also a Cannon of an arm from the Outfield as well as the Infield. You will also see Matt throwing some Hard Strikes for the Prospects this season.
